How to Book
1. Browse Our Artists
Take some time to explore each artist’s portfolio on the home page and learn about their style. Once you’ve found the artist whose work best matches your vision, click Book on their profile to visit their Venue page.
2. Submit Your Booking Request
Tell us about your idea by including:
A description of your idea
Desired placement
Approximate size
Black & grey or color
Reference images
Any scheduling preferences
The more information you provide, the easier it is for your artist to understand your vision, give you a price estimate, and prepare for your appointment.
3. Connect With Your Artist
After reviewing your request, your artist will contact you through Venue to discuss your project, answer any questions, provide a price estimate, and schedule your appointment.
Venue can also be used to message your artist if you need to ask questions, reschedule your appointment, or discuss your tattoo before your session.
Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve all tattoo appointments.
Deposits are collected securely through Venue and are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Because your artist begins planning and preparing your appointment after booking, deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment within two months of the original booking date.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Pricing
Every tattoo is unique, so pricing is based on the individual project rather than a standard rate.
Your artist will provide an estimate after reviewing your booking request. Pricing depends on factors such as:
Size
Placement
Complexity
Level of detail
Color vs. black & grey
Estimated tattoo time
Larger-scale projects may be priced at an hourly rate, while smaller tattoos are typically quoted as a flat price. Your artist will discuss pricing with you before your appointment so you’ll know what to expect.
Design Process
Every tattoo we create is custom-designed for you.
Some clients come in with a detailed concept, while others have only a rough idea—that’s perfectly okay. Your artist will work with you to develop a design that complements both your vision and the area being tattooed.
To give each project the attention it deserves, most artwork is completed shortly before your appointment rather than weeks in advance. This allows your artist to stay focused on current projects while giving your design their full creative attention.
At the beginning of your appointment, you’ll review the design together and have the opportunity to discuss placement, sizing, and any final adjustments before tattooing begins.
Walk-Ins
We welcome walk-in tattoos whenever our schedule allows.
Availability varies from day to day, so while we can’t guarantee walk-in appointments, we’re always happy to check if an artist is available.
